Client: South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL)

Purpose: Construction monitoring for the resurfacing of National Road R518/1 from Lephalale to Mmatladi & National Road R518/1 from Mmmatladi to Marken.

Project Scope: Construction monitoring, supervision and quality control for the resurfacing of the National Road. This includes remedial actions such as surface patching, crack sealing, edge breaks, pothole repairs, rut filling and rejuvenating of the existing road surface prior to resurfacing.

Purpose:  Re-design geometric alignment of a dual carriageway section of Category-B road, pavement rehabilitation and installation of permanent roads signs and street names.

Project Scope:  GladAfrica was appointed for normal engineering scope of services which is Inception, Concept & Viability, Design Development, Documentation and Procurement, Contract Administration & Inspection and Close-out

Purpose:  The vision of the Katlehong-Tokoza-Vosloorus Complex is to develop an integrated sustainable development that provides for all the needs (social, economic & infrastructural) of the local community, while being integrated to the larger surrounding economies (Alberton, Boksburg and Germiston Civic / Transport Core)

The High Density Housing Project is one of the pilot project aimed at providing affordable housing to low income earners and rental options.

Project Scope: Project 1 deliverable entails the planning, design and delivery of 3 and 4 Storey walk-ups units at a density of between 80 and 100 units/hectare on the vacant land next to the N3 Freeway
