GladAfrica Group has reached an exciting milestone as the company celebrates 15 years of delivering engineering excellence to the built environment. From its small, 2002 beginnings in Midrand Johannesburg, the company has grown into a national business with more than 200 employees.

The multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy has a dynamic footprint that spans across all nine provinces. The Group comprises of highly experienced professionals delivering viable built environment solutions. Since 2009, GladAfrica Group has not held an order book of less than USD1 billion. GladAfrica Group has confirmed its participation in the next edition of the BMW SA Open Championship 2018. The 107th BMW SA Open Championship is the oldest and second largest national Open in golf. The tournament, to be hosted by the City of Ekurhuleni from 11 – 14 January 2018.

GladAfrica Group is proud to be one of the major sponsors of the upcoming 2017 Nedbank Golf Challenge for the fifth consecutive year. The event coincides with GladAfrica celebrating 15-years of engineering excellence.

What makes this year’s tournament even more significant is its inclusion in the European Tour’s Rolex Series. A first for South Africa.

On 9 June 2017, our Johannesburg Head Office Branch will be moving offices to the newly constructed Hertford building in the Hertford Office Park – about a few metres from our current location.

 

We are excited to be moving to new offices at a time when we continue to show growth by positioning ourselves to better meet our clients’ ever evolving business needs and requirements in a space that will allow us to not only deliver a service but to do so exceptionally well.

Project Value: R100 million

Purpose: Construction monitoring for the resurfacing of National Road R518/1 from Lephalale to Mmatladi & National Road R518/1 from Mmmatladi to Marken.

Project Scope: Construction monitoring, supervision and quality control for the resurfacing of the National Road. This includes remedial actions such as surface patching, crack sealing, edge breaks, pothole repairs, rut filling and rejuvenating of the existing road surface prior to resurfacing.
