Scope
The scope of works entails localised repair and pre-treatment of the existing surface followed by
the construction of an appropriate surface seal.
The project also includes the reconstruction of the last four kilometres which has deteriorated to a state beyond conventional periodic maintenance, improvement of ancillary roadworks and drainage and possible safety interventions at four major intersections.

Purpose
To preserve the clients’ asset by resurfacing the National Road R49
from km 50 to km 101.43 thus extending the lifespan of the road.
Scope
Construction monitoring, supervision and quality control for the resurfacing of the National Road. This included remedial actions such as surface patching, crack sealing, edge breaks, pothole repairs, rut filling and rejuvenation of the existing road surface prior to resurfacing.

The project entailed conducting condition assessments to determine the status quo of the infrastructure in the above health facilities and provide design solutions to address the occupational health and safety non-compliance in the facilities (Fire Risk Assessment, Aesthetic Assessment and Fit-for-Purpose” Assessment) The project entailed assessing all the infrastructure within the health facilities premises, inclusive of the main hospital building, ancillary buildings, staff quarters, gate houses, etc.
Integrated rated Public Transport Network (IPTN) Development
