Project Assessment, Design Development which included the following phases: Concept Preliminary, Detailed design, Tender Documentation, Clarification Meeting, Tender Period and Tender Evaluation, Administration and Monitoring of the Works Contract, Additional duties, Special Services and Specialist Advice, Quality Control, Works Contract and Close Out.
