  Provision of project management services for the construction of a new 55 000-seater multi-purpose stadium completed in time to host the 2010 FIFA World Cup TM. The stadium was specifically designed as a multi-purpose facility in order to maximise revenue-generation through a long-term legacy.

  The stadium comprises of the following notable provisions:

  • 50 000+ general seats over 3 tiers
  • 68 VIP hospitality suites providing an additional 4700+ seats • 360no. 200W floodlights
  • 1172 internal parking bays
  • 13 535m2 pitch area
