Building a mall in the Botshabelo township with the aim of stimulating the local economy and
allowing convenient access to shopping facilities within the region.
Scope:
Botshabelo Mall Development is a regional mall with just over 21 000 m2 of gross leasable area (GLA), approximately 800 parking bays, and a taxi rank. The mall will house around 70 tenants (80% national), anchored by some of the big national retailers such as Pick n Pay, Woolworths and Shoprite together with national clothing and furniture shops and restaurants.
