This position reports to the Senior Project Manager.
The role will be responsible for managing the projects. Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager,
the incumbent will oversee the completion of the project tasks and monitor adherence to perpetual project
management process standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Project/ Construction Management Qualification
- 3 – 8 years construction project management experience in any built environment discipline at mid-level
- Experience in management of project teams
- General management experience
- Registered or Candidate with SACPCMP
- Engineering background advantageous
- Quality systems knowledge
Procurement Management
- Client/ External liaison with regards to procurement of contractors etc for various projects
- Tender document preparation and approval • Tender programming
- Contractual compliance with National procurement regulations
- Tender adjudication • Appointments
