Scope:
Structural Engineering design of the Shopping Mall Design and construction monitoring of the Tlhabane Precinct internal roads and stormwater. Design and construction monitoring of the External Roads Upgrade – separate construction contract. Traffic Engineering related to review of internal operational plan, new traffic lights and external roads statutory signage plan.
