Provision of project and programme management services for the planning, design and implementation of the first phase of the MyCiTi IRT system. This corridor faced some of the worst peak-period congestion levels, especially to the south and east of the bridges over the Diep River. The project ultimately aimed to provide a fully integrated, safe and efficient public transport system to service all individuals within the Cape Metropole.
