  • Purpose:
    Thaba Ya Batswana Eco-Tourism (Pty) Limited (TYB) has proposed a unique mixed-use development, to be known as Stone River’s Arch (SRA), on an 89-hectare site in the Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve area. The plan is to incorporate a regional mixed-use node with retail, office, residential and tourism facilities, integrated seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment, which is a key asset in the area.
  • Scope:
    Appointed to undertake the scoping/ EIA for SRA and to assist TYB with the water-use licence application. In addition, the scope of work includes a range of environmental advisory services, such as providing environmental architectural guidelines, green building guidelines and biodiversity guidelines, which are designed to assist the developer in implementing actions and managing the development during and after construction.
