Purpose:
The full upgrade and expansion of an 88 000+m2 super-regional shopping centre located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The project included the rejuvenation of all shop fronts, redesign and reconfiguration of the entertainment centre and food court, provision of a new concert-quality entertainment and PA system, modernisation of all interior aesthetics (ceilings, tiling, lighting, balustrades, ornamentals, etc), full upgrade to current NBR (including SANS 10400XA) regulations in terms of electrical, fire, mechanical, HVAC and wet services infrastructure, and provision of a new state-of-the-art Building Management System.
